Port Services & Agency
Careful planning for a good potato season
The young French postgraduate student, Olivier Fedeli, has successfully completed a six-month internship in our agency department in Esbjerg

With flying colours, Olivier succeeded in making himself conversant with the daily operation and added great capacity to the department.
"My daily tasks involved mainly crew change management, coordination of port calls and runner work, among other responsibilities. As a part of my studies, this internship taught me many things concerning shipping, supply chain management, client relationship and supplier relationship", says Olivier Fideli.
Olivier built a relationship of trust with the clients and suppliers, he became a natural part of our team and he became a valued colleague within Blue Water.
"The Port Agency department has a dedicated team which welcomed me with open arms. Working with them was one of the most enjoyable work experience I have ever had. I have experienced how trust and team spirit can impact everyone's productivity. In my opinion, I think that this is what makes Blue Water such a great company.
Olivier has returned to Grenoble to finish his Master's degree. We wish him the best of luck.
