"We make a great effort to give our clients a smooth transition when they change their supplier. In this case we have analysed Kverneland's needs through various meetings in order to minimise the risks during handling of the transports. This creates the best foundation for the cooperation", says Claus Chr. Andersen who is responsible for the contract and General Manager of Blue Water Odense.

For major contracts, Blue Water always attach an implementation team. A Project Manager is appointed for each team who, together with the client, will convert the basis contract to an operational document.

"Kverneland Group has via this strategic cooperation with Blue Water achieved the common thread in our general transport set-up. Kverneland are pleased with Blue Water's professional approach to the implementation process. Focusing on dialogue and client service ensures that our clients experience a better service in several areas such as ETA, communication and transparency", says Henrik Dalsgaard Hansen, Supply Chain Director for Kverneland Group.

"The role of the team is to ensure the future cooperation in a way that it creates value for both parties. In other words, it is a thorough preparatory work which must be done before the practical tasks begin", says Project Manager for the contract implementation Dorthe Heimbürger.
