DEIF is a family-owned company with more than 640 employees and 16 subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and on the US continent. The company’s energy control units are delivered to several industries worldwide.
The Danish energy control systems manufacturer, DEIF, has signed a logistics contract with Blue Water, who will be handling around 15,000 annual shipments.
"One of our most important criteria for transport is that the quality of our products will be maintained. We want a partner who can garantee this. Therefore it is important that our partner is certified according to ISO standards", says Thomas Ryberg Pedersen, Strategic Purchaser at DEIF.
During the negotiations, Blue Water and DEIF had a good dialogue.

The agreement covers all import and export shipments by sea and air.
"We will collect the cargo and arrange distribution globally. Before shipping, we will make sure that all the cargo is marked and stored at our warehouses. The shipments will include urgent and express deliveries. Therefore our set-up is just perfect for this assignment as we are able to distribute the cargo swiftly", says Kasper B. Olesen from Blue Water Billund.
