As your appointed port agent, we coordinate every aspect of a call from pre-arrival planning to final departure. We manage pilotage and berthing arrangements, liaise with authorities, prepare documentation and keep all stakeholders informed so you always have a clear, real-time view of operations. Our yard agency capabilities ensure efficient turnarounds for repair and maintenance periods, with transparent cost control and close cooperation with trusted workshops and suppliers.
Through our husbandry and owners’ services, we focus on the people and assets at the heart of your operation. We handle crew changes end-to-end, including immigration formalities, medical assistance and COVID-19 testing where required.
Our team arranges hotels and transport, coordinates visas and supports crew welfare ashore. For the vessel, we organise provisions, spares and stores deliveries, customs clearance, technical assistance and repairs - everything needed to minimise downtime and maintain seaworthiness.
Blue Water Hirtshals also offers launch boat support and services at anchorage, enabling safe personnel transfers and deliveries offshore when a berth is not available or a quick touch-and-go is required.
