Blue Water signs agreement to expand in South Korea

The official acquisition of Zodiac Solutions took place at the Korea - Denmark Offshore Wind Business Conference

Blue Water has strengthened its commitment to the Asian market with an acquisition to establish presence in South Korea. The official acquisition took place at the Korea - Denmark Offshore Wind Business Conference, where Blue Water officially signed the agreement to acquire the operations of Zodiac Solutions, a prominent South Korean logistics company headed by Raphael Park. Park will transition from his role as Managing Director of Zodiac Solutions to General Manager of Blue Water South Korea. 

The official signing ceremony was attended by Lars Aagaard, Danish Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities, and Jason Goh, Regional Director Asia at Blue Water. The agreement marks the formal establishment of Blue Water South Korea, with the completion of the acquisition of Zodiac Logistics set to be finalised on 1 May.
