Blue Water's Sustainability Statement 2024 is now ready
With the release of our Sustainability Statement 2024, we are proud to present our most transparent and comprehensive ESG report to date
This year's report marks an important step forward in the way we disclose environmental, social and governance (ESG) information. For the first time, the report is structured in direct alignment with the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). While not yet a full CSRD report, it lays the groundwork by adopting key elements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
To guide our ESG efforts, we have conducted a double materiality assessment. This process identified the sustainability issues that are most material to both our business and the world around us. As a result, we have prioritised five material topics: Climate Change, Resource Use and Circular Economy, Own Workforce, Value Chain Workers and Business Conduct.
Our aim is to integrate ESG issues into our business strategy to build trust with customers, partners and society. This approach provides clarity on how we contribute to sustainable development - and how we are impacted in return.
