New route connecting Aalborg and Nuuk
New key link for businesses: Starting from 12 June, a new direct flight between Aalborg and Nuuk will offer companies in Northern Jutland a smarter route to Greenland.
Set to run for three months, the new Aalborg–Nuuk air route will operate twice weekly, with departures every Monday and Thursday. It caters to both passengers and cargo, offering a rare opportunity to connect directly with Greenland from Northern Jutland.
Developed through close collaboration between regional partners, the route responds to long-standing calls for more direct links to Greenland. For companies active in both regions, it means faster delivery times and simplified supply chains.
